I am the secretary for Concordia Education Center. On most occasions, I am the first person that you will come in contact with when you enter the building. Greeting visitors, providing helpful information, and having a warm and inviting smile is my specialty. It is my responsibility to make sure visitors of the CEC feel welcome and wanted. I provide the same welcoming tone over the phone.
